Life is really a series of moments.  We recall the memorable ones and cherish them - not only for ourselves, but to share them with the ones we love.  Photography - even in the digital age, is still the most elegant and practical treasury for those memories.

Thank you for stopping by my site today.  I'm an independent photographer who wants to help you preserve those special moments in a way that will keep them alive and meaningful forever.

Please take a look at my photographs - perhaps we can capture a memory together.

I am a professional musician who attended the University of The Arts in Philadelphia. I have been incredibly blessed to have always made my living making music. My career in music has taken me to many wonderful places; I’ve stood on a massive glacier 750 miles north of the Arctic Circle in Thule, Greenland and snorkeled in the Pacific Ocean off Kapalua, Maui with many other incredible stops along the way. A few years ago another kind of adventure began for me when I was given a wonderful gift for Father's Day. It was my first "real" camera - an entry level Nikon DSLR. I was immediately hooked and my long-time love of photography had finally found an outlet.

My work as a professional private party and corporate event musician gives me unique access to many of the very best event and portrait photographers working today in Philadelphia, New York City and beyond. I've never missed the opportunity to watch, listen and learn from their expertise and to be inspired by the vision of these gifted artists.

I soon realized that perhaps I also had the "eye" and that photography was destined to become a larger part of my life. Trial and error, intensive study and shoot after shoot followed. Those countless shutter clicks bring me here today.

I hope you'll enjoy the photographs I’ve shared on these pages. That first Nikon is long retired now, but the thrill I get from each new shot is just as strong today as it was at “DSC_0001”. I've enjoyed every moment of this journey and look forward to what’s yet to come!

Gratefully,

CPN
